Join the Cleanse and receive:

1. Ready-to-eat nutrient-dense meals. Each soup day includes 4 soups per day plus 2 snacks. Just $50 per day!
   The soups are nutritionally designed to provide a good balance of fiber, complex carbohydrates, protein and fats, as well as vitamins and minerals to create energy and keep you satisfied all day long.
2. BONUS Smart Life recipes for salads, soups and smoothies.
3. Smart Life gifts that will help you stay motivated to eat clean and healthy.

Add-Ons:

1. You can choose to supplement your cleanse with my immune-boosting vegetable broth. This broth is specially balanced to infuse your body with extra nutrients and vitamins. Enjoy your broth between soups or once your cleanse is over. $15 per quart (four servings).
2. You can choose to purchase additional energy balls to keep in your freezer. These are great to supplement your cleanse or to snack on once your cleanse is over. $8 per box (six servings).

The nutrient-targeted soups and snacks will be prepared by Chef Craig Chomsky, with organic and local ingredients.

All recipes were specifically designed to provide plant-based nourishment that keeps you satisfied all day long. All recipes are organic, vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free.

Choose to cleanse at anytime that suits you! You can use the cleanse for any 3 to 5 days for 4 weeks after pick up. Soups can be kept frozen for up to 4 weeks.

There will be two options for receiving your cleanse:

1. NO-CONTACT PICKUP of the full cleanse in Old Westbury. Pickup will be available from Sunday, June 7th through Thursday, June 11th. I will contact you to set up a time after your payment is received.
2. DELIVERY of the full cleanse anywhere in Nassau County for $15. Delivery will be available on Sunday, June 7th and on Tuesday, June 9th. I will contact you to set up a time after your payment is received.
