Two regularly scheduled 50-minute coaching sessions a month in person, by phone or via Skype. In each meeting, we’ll talk about what worked, what didn’t and why. At the end of every session, you’ll get two to three new recommendations to implement over the next two weeks.
One-Hour Shopping and Cooking Demos. Included in your package, each personalized, one-on-one session gives you hands-on guidance in shopping and cooking like a health coach. From navigating the aisles of a grocery store to learning healthy food prep techniques, I’ll share my secrets for success in the kitchen. You’ll leave with healthier menus, smarter shopping lists and new cooking skills. These sessions are completely customized to your experience level as a shopper or a chef.
Constant e-mail support between sessions. Do you have questions? Want additional advice? Are you stuck and need some motivation? You aren’t alone! We’re in this together so that means I succeed when you succeed. The time between sessions is yours to fine tune, tweak or seek the support you need to reach your health goals.
